Formed when NIK Metal Corporation and NI Steel Products Co., Ltd. merged in January 2004, Metal One Steel Products Corporation (MOS) is a core company in the Metal One Group’s midstream and downstream wire rod operations.
Along with our dual Osaka and Tokyo headquarters, we operate domestic offices in Sendai, Shizuoka, Nagoya and Fukuoka. Through these offices we offer our customers a broad range of steel wire products and one-stop capabilities, with a focus on secondary and tertiary wire products. We not only partner with manufacturers and processors on logistics, we also promote product sales and explore new markets to add value.
As for our overseas operations, we turned Nifast (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; Nifast India Pvt. Ltd.; and Nifast Hungary Kft.—which principally handle warehousing and sales of bolts, nuts and other fasteners—into subsidiaries in 2013, and have been strengthening our Group’s business foundations.
