We use cutting-edge technology to monitor our manufacturing process, from the raw material selection to the final inspection of the finished product, and ensure 100% traceability in all our fasteners.

Our manufacturing capabilities include forging (Cold and Hot), Stamping, CNC Machining, Robotic Welding, Heat treatment and Surface treatment. We have the expertise and resources to handle large production runs as well as small orders for customised fasteners.

Once the raw materials are approved, they are sent to our manufacturing plant, where our team of skilled technicians and engineers oversee the manufacturing process. Throughout the manufacturing process, our quality control team conducts regular inspections and tests to ensure that our fasteners meet our high standards. We use a range of testing methods, such as dimensional inspection, inspection of mechanical properties, metallographic properties, coating thickness and corrosion resistance testing to ensure that our fasteners meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Once our fasteners are manufactured, they undergo a final inspection to ensure that they meet our customers' specifications and requirements. Our quality control team conducts a range of tests, including visual inspections and functional tests, to ensure that our fasteners are reliable and safe for use.

Our testing and measuring instruments are periodically calibrated from reputed NABL accredited sources, ensuring further reliability of the test outcomes. Testing outcomes to EN 10204 3.1 can be provided for all our products.
