Subcon 2026: The UK’s Biggest Manufacturing Supply Chain Show

Subcon, The Manufacturing Solutions Show returns to the NEC Birmingham on 3–4 June 2026, bringing together the entire UK manufacturing supply chain for two days of sourcing, learning, and collaboration.
As the UK’s biggest manufacturing supply chain event, Subcon is a free-to-attend exhibition designed specifically for manufacturing buyers, procurement teams, OEMs, and tier suppliers across all industry sectors. The event provides a critical platform to benchmark subcontract manufacturing capabilities, refine sourcing strategies, and build more resilient, future-ready supply chains.
Following a period of exceptional growth - including an 85% increase in visitor attendance and a 30% rise in exhibitor numbers in just two years - Subcon has firmly established itself as the go-to event for subcontract manufacturing, supply-chain solutions, and engineering excellence.
The 2026 edition will welcome 6,000+ visitors, 200+ exhibitors, and 50+ industry experts and speakers, showcasing hundreds of innovations, products, and services that support British manufacturing.
