Among these exports, the export value of the machinery to China and Hong Kong was USD708,700 (up21.1%) and that of the motor products to China and Hong Kong was USD403,200 (down 3.7%).

The import value of the machinery in Taiwan in 2011 was USD246.28 milliom (down 6.4%), that of the basic metals and the fabricated metal products was USD270.61 million (up 11.1%), that of the motor products was USD794,200 (up14.6%) and that of the vehicles, aircraft, watercraft and related transportation equipment was USD714,100 million (up 16.4%).
