New Best Wire Industrial Co, Ltd is a wire maker based in Taiwan with the most comprehensive types and specifications. Its China plant specializes in screw wires. Benefited by the vibrant China car market, the China plant delivers outstanding performance with surplus accounting for 5% of total profits.

 

To cope with growing purchase orders, the China plant continues to buy facility. It possesses industry-leading quality with monthly capacity of 6,000 tons. In Q4 this year the capacity will reach 8,000 tons per month, and the China plant plans to reach 10,000 tons per month by 2016, which will continue to increase the earnings from reinvestment. President Wu stresses that China strictly enforces environmental protection and controls total waste water disposal, making it difficult for more peers to enter the neighboring area. This will stabilize the China plant's operation in the long run.

 

The China plant has recently turned to the development of large-diameter wires for cars and machines, with materials ranging from carbon steel, alloy steel, to stainless steel, in length during 1mm-45mm. Its export sales target at South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Americas. The China plant is critical to New Best Wire. Ten years ago it produced 10% wire, 20% electronic screw, and 70% construction screw (mainly for export). To respond to China's booming car market and localized component supply policy, currently it shifts to produce 70% automotive screw, 20% electronic screw, and 10% machinery & railway screw. It shifts focus from export to domestic sales, and specializes in automotive screw wires with high gross profit.
