Boltun Goes Into the Supply Chain of Car Manufacturers

~Having been in business for nearly 25 years, Boltun started its business of automotive fasteners in the beginning and has been dedicated to the R&D of automotive welded nuts and screws for OEM. As its capability for R&D and quality control is outstanding and the entire manufacturing process can be completed in the factory, offering thousands of products, it is not only certified by TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and etc, but is also one of the few Taiwanese fastener manufacturers that can directly supply global car manufacturers.
In partnership with QST International, Boltun creates its powerful competitiveness in the global automotive fastener market and the products are sold to large car manufacturers in Europe, USA, and China. Due to the increasing growth rate of Chinese automotive market and the policy of localization of parts supply in recent two years, Boltun changed its major market from Europe and USA to China. It established factories in Xiamen and Suzhou and has a vertically integrated technical and facilities service to fully control acid washing, spheroidizing, wire drawing, cold pressing, hot forging, stamping, machining, heat treating, electroplating, painting, sorting, and assembly of finished products, which can greatly reduce the production cost.
In addition to the factory in Taiwan, Boltun also has 3 distribution centers in Tianjin, Suzhou, and Xiamen and delivery & sales operations in Shanghai, Chongqing, Changchun, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Zainjiang, Hainan, integrating manufacturing with distribution to offer car manufacturers integrated service.
