TFTA Localizes Its Training Sessions

First Session of Central Dist. Chapter in Changhua

by Tanya Shih, Fastener World Inc.

Central Dist. Chapter President Johnson Chang offered a place in his company and invited consultant Zephyr Chang and MIRDC engineer Can-Xun Zhang to give a course for TFTA members. The course took place in Your Choice Fasteners & Tools Co., Ltd on March 14, attracting up to 100 members from central Taiwan, which signifies members’ need for this course.

Many members appreciated and recognized TFTA’s working on localizing its training sessions, as locally held courses could bring much convenience to participants, let alone the quality of courses organized by the Training Committee. They are already looking forward to the course next time.

Consultant Zephyr Chang shared his 30-year industry experience and thoughts in “Strategies for Salespersons”. The industry is trending toward “quality & service”, and if we create an irreplaceable feature, we are creating the key to success. We have to prevent self–righteous service because permanent clients do not exist without heart-touching service. Build up your profession and brand image, and get ready. If you can master these tips, they will bring you permanent and intimate sales relationship.

MIRDC engineer Can-Xun Zhang spoke on “Fastener Types & Basic Identification” and guided onsite members into the world of fasteners. There were many members specialized in hand tool business, who expressed that they also benefited a lot from this 5-hour course.

The first training session of Central Dist. Chapter was a great success. We expect dedicated president and directors will get together to further professionalize members’ corporations.
