EuroTec GmbH is a specialist in fastening technology and has established itself as a major player on both the domestic and international markets. Based in Hagen, this German medium-sized enterprise develops innovative products and sells them world wide.
15 years of quality
The company was founded in 1999 by the two managing directors, Gregor Mamys and Markus Rensburg. They started out in the basement of a residential building, with a garage as a storage area. The company grew steadily – even in times of crisis. EuroTec doubled its office and storage space in 2009 in the face of rapid expansion. It now employs around 100 people, has a storage capacity of approx. 11,000 pallet bays and this year celebrates its 15th year of existence.
Made in Germany
The next big step in the company’s development followed in 2012! The managing directors decided to set the company up with its own production facility and therefore built a production hall next door to the headquarters in Hagen. This was brought online with the first machine at the start of 2013. Since then, EuroTec has been supplying screws from Germany, benefiting from quality that’s “Made in Germany”. For Markus Rensburg, the benefits of production in Germany are clear: “We can meet and continuously monitor our customers’ exacting quality standards. Other benefits include short delivery routes and the ability to respond rapidly to the needs of the market.” The distinguishing feature of EuroTec’s production machine is that it combines four machines into one. The spooled wire is pulled into the machine at one side, and the finished screw emerges from the other. This allows costs to be kept as economical as possible, and part of the product range can benefit from quality that’s “Made in Germany”.
The trend continues!
The company already plans to purchase another machine and expand the production programme next year. On-site production allows EuroTec to constantly monitor the workflows and, thanks to in-house quality management, to meet its customers’ – and its own – exacting standards.
Fasteners/joining devices for deck construction and constructive timber protection
EuroTec’s main business areas are fasteners/joining devices for deck construction and constructive timber protection. The products range from wood-construction screws in countless sizes and varieties to post feet, concrete screws and even tools for timber-frame construction. In addition, we offer an entire range of products for deck construction, including visible and invisible fasteners for deck boards, complete substructure systems and professional accessories, to name just a few. EuroTec offers all of this from a single source!
Innovations in 2014
In 2014, EuroTec has once again brought new and further-developed products to the market. Particularly worthy of mention with regard to decks is the “Euro Deck” substructure and fastening system, which the company developed in-house. The system consists of three components. These are the “Click Foot” adjustable feet, the “Euro Deck Aluminium System Profile”, with double-sided functionality, and the “Euro Deck Flex Clip” fastening clip. The new system can, of course, also be combined with other EuroTec products. The big advantage of the Euro Deck system is an integrated Click system on the adjustable feet and aluminium profiles that allows the profiles to be clicked into place without the need for screws. This saves a lot of time during assembly! In developing the new system, EuroTec attached particular importance to making it easy to use and easy for anyone to understand. This also corresponds to the company’s general philosophy: high-quality goods that are easy to use.

In addition to catalogues and sales samples, EuroTec also offers individual on-site training sessions, as well as numerous product videos, in order to provide its customers with the best possible support. The product videos are made available on the EuroTec website and
show how the individual products are used in a step-by-step and self explanatory way.
