Union Seimitsu's "Labylock" screw receives good feedback from the market, and its monthly capacity has reached 1 million pieces since the release two years ago.  The backside of Labylock screw head has multiple slots that works like a packing, making the screw itself water-proof. Labylock can be applied to bathroom TV sets, which highly require water-proof function, as well as a broader range of applications. 

Labylock is water-proof and does not require O-rings. Circular and enclosed air space form between the multiple slots on the backside of the screw head and the fastened object, resulting in packing-like water prevention, lower cost, and improved operational efficiency. The product passed third-party IPX3 and IPX8 tests.
