The leading fastener sorting machine manufacturer, Ching Chan Optical Technology, has expanded its business to the R&D of screw formers since 2014 and focuses on the R&D of high-level machines. In Fastener Expo Shanghai held on June 25-27 this year, Ching Chan reserved 15 standard 9 sq. m stands with a specially designed screw-former-like stand construction, successfully attracting the attention of buyers. President Alex Wu said that the newly developed screw former has a shorter transmission and is assembled with more mechanisms to achieve best weight distribution. Its manufacturing speed is 60% quicker than that of other competitors. In addition, with the high accuracy of the newly developed machine, it can produce 400 pieces every minute. The ergonomic operating interface can greatly increase the work efficiency and accelerate the time required to fix breakdowns.
