Tokai Buhin Kogyo Co.,ltd. had stepped into the medical equipment business since more than 10 years ago. Now it produces and sells titanium alloy screws used for the human skulls and develops medical equipment on its own. Its Amagi Plant is in charge of producing the medical screws. The Shuzenji Medical Center was originally in charge of developing and selling medical equipment, but in this March the company moved the medical business to the medical and health industry R&D center established by the Shizuoka Prefecture because the center has a manufacturing plant, research center and clean room. In the future the company will move its manufacturing equipment as well to integrate the functions of Amagi Plant and Shuzenji Medical Center.
