Mitsuchi Corporation:
Although the North American fastener market condition is robust, Thailand's market growth is slowing down. On top of that, domestic purchase is becoming prevalent in China. Due to these factors, Mitsuchi was confronting a hard battle as its order intake dropped in Thailand and China and has ended up with decreased income. The company will reorganize logistics to improve profits.
Amatei Inc:
Becasue household appliances companies in China changed their procurement, Amatei's screw sales in China dropped and eventually led to decreased income. The company intends to reduce factory utilization to reduce costs. It will shift the focus of its subsidiary from household appliance screws to automotive screws. The future target is to reach over 50% of the subsidiary's revenues.
