Industry Activities 

Beijing Jingzhaobo High Strength Fastener Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It has a total plant area of 60,000 sq. meters (incl. hot/cold forging area, heat treatment area, Dacromet treatment area, hot dip galvanizing area, packaging area, and an independent testing lab). Currently it has up to 170 sets of equipment and testing devices.  

Jingzhaobo has always dedicated itself to providing products that are 100% approved with high quality under its corporate policy: “quality first, honest service.” Jingzhaobo was allowed to handle all its exports by itself in 2006 and its JN branded products were recognized as “Excellent Products of the Industry” in 2007. It was also certified to ISO 9001 in 2008 and its products were recognized by China’s Quality Guarantee Center as “Reliable-Quality & National Standards Compliant Products of Chinese Fastener Industry” in 2009. Then, it also passed the audit of SGS and CE in 2011 and 2013, respectively. Jinzhaobo focuses on specialized manufacturing, creating its own brand, and mass production.

Major products of Jingzhaobo are high-strength large hex fasteners, shear bolts, and weld screws for steel structures. Jingzhaobo will have very instant responses to customers’ requests. If any problems happen, they will be handled immediately. Most customers’ valuation, feedback, and suggestions to help Jingzhaobo improve will be also put into practice in the company if necessary.   

Customer and Service First 

One U.S. customer once placed an order for A307 bolts to Jingzhaobo, and due to the negligence of the customer, the required length of those bolts was not specified. Jingzhaobo manufactured the products as per the request, whose specification was also confirmed by the customer. However, when the customer received and used the products, it found those products were too short to be used and it turned to Jingzhaobo again and said the products were defective. Although it was not Jingzhaobo that made this mistake, Jingzhaobo still helped it re-produce a new batch of products with the required length and delivered to the customer in time, which not only did not delay the customer’s manufacturing schedule, but also was greatly admired by the customer. The customer later became the loyal customer of Jingzhaobo and both sides keep business cooperation every year. The customers also proposed many suggestions that did help Jingzhaobo’s development.

Jingzhaobo’s vision is to be a leading company relied by customers, trusted by suppliers, and respected by the industry as well as a company that continuously creates value for the entire team, customers, and the society. Jingzhaobo also hopes to offer customers convenient service, superior quality, and most importantly, happy and enjoyable trading experience. Jingzhaobo has made its goal: making its products on the top 3 list in related fields and continuously strengthening the combined competitiveness of the company.

Bravely Moving Forward with No One Able to Stop It 

In addition to the Chinese market, Jingzhaobo also shows interest in tapping into Latin America, N. America and Southeast Asia. With the competition in China getting more and more fierce and the changing global fastener market, Jingzhaobo will definitely make changes in order to face any possible challenges ahead. As a saying goes: If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. Facing so many competitors ahead, Jingzhaobo intends to collect info of more customers and competitors, determine the targeted customers, upgrade its software and hardware, and exhibit at global exhibitions to draw the attention of more customers. Facing the future, Jingzhaobo also intends to carry out a complete upgrade of its products (e.g., increasing the price competitive edge, improving product quality, and ensuring on-time deliveries). In addition, staff training is quite important, too. Jingzhaobo will reinforce its staff training programs in order to enhance the professionalism of all its employees.
