Zhejiang Hystron Auto Parts Co., Ltd., headquartered in Haiyan, specializes in development and manufacture of various auto parts, non-standard parts, furniture nuts, screws, etc. for domestic/foreign customers and has recently focused on manufacturing carbon/alloy steel nuts in sizes of M3-M30 for bicycle, furniture and automotive assembly applications. Since its inception in 2009, Zhejiang Hystron has won the admiration and support from global customers with its techniques, premium quality and honest service. In addition, in response to the business expansion and the dedication to industrial upgrade and transformation toward auto parts production in recent years, Zhejiang Hystron acquired a land of nearly 14,000 sq. m to build a modern factory, which has become operational since Feb. this year, making the company reach another milestone in its history.

Advanced Manufacturing Facilities Introduced into the New Factory and High Quality Recognized by European/U.S./Japanese Customers
Superior product quality and satisfying customer service are what Hystron has taken pride in for so long. Its strict quality control starts from the very beginning of material acquisition. Aside from the introduction of advanced Taiwanese facilities such as cold formers, automatic tapping machines, sorting machines and many other peripherals, its new factory is also installed with several sets of automatic warehouse & storage systems as well as a testing lab, a showroom and an R&D center.  With the streamlined manufacturing procedure, professional R&D team and well-trained QC staff, every piece of finished product could be compliant to the most stringent international standards. Such a careful attitude and management also made the company receive the certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System in 2012. Besides standard parts, the company with flexible capacity could also manufacture as per customer’s drawing. More than 90% of its products are customized and its customers come from critical markets like Europe, USA and Japan.

Additional 6,000-ton Capacity Enhances Service and Efficiency
The new factory will focus on production of parts for bicycle and automotive applications. In addition to optimizing the current product supply and customer service, the new factory will also extend its focus to other industry sectors and establish collaboration with more industrial partners in the future.
With the addition of this new factory, the global marketing and customer service of Hystron can be significantly improved. First, advanced manufacturing & inspection facilities and R&D team can ensure the supply of high quality fasteners. Second, the annual capacity of 6,000 tons can fully satisfy customers’ demand. Third, the ongoing plan to apply for TS 16949 certification can help customers get better products, service and quality. Fourth, the fulfillment of 6S management can help make the management capability more organized and the management result more effective.

In order to offer better and faster service to every customer, we are also planning to increase our overseas operations, introduce more advanced facilities and apply for the certification of TS 16949.
