CosmoLock (Japan) Rolls out Taper Locknut 2

CosmoLock has developed "Taper Locknut 2" with improved anti-loosening performance. The nut and washer contain a concave-convex portion which allows the threads to press against each other to increase friction and prevent loosening. Additionally, the joining area of the nut and washer tapers up and down respectively so that when they connect, their reaction force locks up the threads. Users can replace nuts and washers with this Locknut to achieve mass production and low cost.
