Create Long Bolts with More Advantageous Features

Different from other counterparts using hot forging to process bolts, Everbest Hardware adopts cold forging to process long bolts with better dimensional control, better surface finish, higher productivity, and most importantly, competitive prices.

These long bolts are currently available in carbon steel, alloy steel and 304/316 stainless steel, with the diameters of M3-M16 and lengths of up to 1,000mm (for M3-M6) and 370mm (for M8-M16), which are galvanized, zinc plated or hot dipped galvanized in grades 4.8/8.8/10.9/G2/G5/G8. Moreover, they can be also made to distinguished head types, diameters, and strengths as per customer’s request.
