US Modifies Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidiary Temporary Implementation Rules

The U.S has announced the decision about the temporary implementation rules about the modification of anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary measures, ruling that in the future importers will need to pay in the form of cash deposit for the implementation of temporary measures instead of the previous form of submitting the letter of guarantee. US Department of Commerce said the decision makes the importers be directly responsible for the result of the temporary anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary and further achieve the goal of strict implementation of anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary laws. The decision will be put into effect on November 2, 2011.
