Triangle Fastener Acquires DB Building Fastener to Expand West Coast Presence

Triangle Fastener Corporation (TFC) has acquired DB Building Fasteners, effective August 8, 2025. DB, founded in 1997 and based in Ontario, California, supplies fasteners for metal building projects and employs around 25 people. The company reported USD 11.5 million in sales in 2024. This acquisition aligns with TFC’s strategic goal to strengthen its presence in the western U.S. and expand its branded product lineup. Established in 1977 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, TFC serves roofing, metal building, drywall, and acoustical sectors, operating 32 locations nationwide with three distribution centers and nine paint facilities. This deal follows TFC’s recent acquisition of Pro Fastening Fasteners in late 2024. Integrating DB’s expertise will enhance TFC’s service capabilities across North America, supporting continued growth and broader market reach.
