Hodell-Natco Industries Acquires Merit Fasteners to Expand Nationwide Presence

Hodell-Natco Industries, an industrial fastener distributor and solutions provider, announced its acquisition of Merit Fasteners on October 1, 2025. The deal, led by Hodell-Natco President Kevin Reidl in collaboration with Merit co-owners Linda Anderson, Donna Best, and Laura Napoleon, will broaden Hodell-Natco’s footprint, diversify its product line, and open new markets. This acquisition expands Hodell-Natco’s reach to 8 branches across 7 states in the U.S., combining Merit’s strong regional presence and industry expertise with Hodell-Natco’s nationwide distribution and advanced supply chain. Linda Anderson, co-owner of Merit Fasteners, expressed pride in joining the Hodell-Natco family after nearly 50 years as a family business and confidence in new opportunities for employees and customers. To ensure smooth integration, Merit General Manager Ritchie Stevens will continue managing operations in Longwood and Tampa, Florida.
