The CBF-84S Bolt Former, which symbolizes Chun Zu’s official entry into the development of high-end, advanced models, features four key characteristics:
1. By integrating the space-consuming staircases, conveyor belts, and motor enclosures found in traditional models, the machine can be shipped in a standard container without extra packaging. Upon arrival, customers simply need to plug it in and fill the lubricant tank to start operation, eliminating the need for engineers to travel specifically for installation. 2. The area needed to accommodate the machine has been reduced by 15%, effectively improving the utilization of floor space in the customer’s factory. 3. The unit featuring a quick-release design allows for the direct replacement of faulty components and a rapid resumption of production (future plans include a modular design that combines a human-machine interface to identify issues, enabling production to continue simply by replacing the IC board). 4.
