Chiao Chang Pneumatic Tool Corp., a developer and manufacturer of industrial-grade pneumatic and power riveting tools, has had its products sold globally under its own “CCP” brand for 40+ years and has been also the designated OEM partner for many world-renowned tool manufacturers. Chiao Chang insists that all its products are developed and made in Taiwan, refusing to follow the industry's practice of copying European & U.S. designs or engaging in cut-price competition. This approach ensures that the products' structure and design truly meet customer needs, while the company's strong R&D capabilities also enhance the products' durability.
Take its best-selling pneumatic riveters and rivet nut tools as examples: not only have they been qualified for various patents in Taiwan and the U.S., but also feature no oil leakage, 1.3 times faster riveting speed, a 15–20% reduction in weight, and 1.5 times greater durability. The five series of power riveters have also secured seven U.S. patents and comply with the latest version of Regulation 62841.
“The ER-1 (6.4–3.2) cordless riveter can pull 30,000 pcs of Ø6.4 (1/4”) structural rivets continuously without jamming, and its mechanism remains in good working order without requiring replacement, producing no grating high-pitched noise. The ER-2 (4.8–2.4) cordless riveter dominates the industry with a rivet feeding speed of just 1.2 seconds per cycle, and likewise, it does not suffer from rivet jams or structural malfunctions requiring part replacement,” said Mr. Yu Tang Lin of Chiao Chang.
The ER-1+ cordless riveter capable of pulling over 30,000 pcs of rivets (6.4–2.4) of any material and the ER-1 PRO cordless riveter capable of pulling over 30,000 pcs of rivets (7.9–6.4) of any material, as well as the ER-lockbolt cordless lockbolt, which can pull Huck bolts of any material, all demonstrate exceptional quality.
