Taiwanese automotive components manufacturer Sumeeko Ind. Co., Ltd, with good expectations to the future development in the European market, has planned to acquire German leading components supplier – MMG. Sumeeko hopes to further reinforce the cooperation with car manufacturers in Europe through this acquisition and expand its business in the market. It is also trying to extend its reach to USA, Europe, Japan and China and establish a firm foundation for its future growth. It is expected that, after the completion of the acquisition of MMG, the annual revenue of Sumeeko is very likely to increase a lot from the current NTD 1.4 billion to at least NTD 3 billion.
