With almost 30 years of experience in producing stainless steel hose clamps, EVEREON has earned a good reputation from our customers. Our products are divided into three series, the German type (Embossed Worm Gear) hose clamps, the American type (Worm Drive) hose clamps and the other customized clamps (Ear Clamps, CV Joint Boot Clamps and Tools).
The first series, our YDS embossed worm gear hose clamps, which are popular, economical and precision-engineered to be used in many general applications. Sometimes called worm drive hose clamps, non-perforated band hose clamps, or German type hose clamps. They are produced in accordance with the DIN 3017 and RoHS & REACH standard. The smooth non-perforated band and flared edge prevent soft silicone hoses from shearing and fraying during installation. Material and clamping range are stamped on the band. Embossed worm gear hose clamps are available in W2, W4 and W5 stainless steel material, and available in 9mm and 12mm band widths.
Besides above standard worm gear hose clamps, we have one butterfly hose clamps, which is designed for DIY, home and garden applications. No tools are required. The handle is designed to resist aging and fatiguing under outdoor. The smooth non-perforated band and flared edge prevent hoses from shearing and extruding during installation.
The second series - YDS worm drive hose clamps are popular and economical to be widely used in industrial, automotive, and agriculture applications. Sometimes called worm gear hose clamps and American type hose clamps. There are also four choices – band width 9mm & 12.7mm, high torque & 14.2mm. The 1/2" width punched perforated band enables clamps to be installed easily and strongly held. Material is stamped on the housing and clamping range is stamped on the band. Worm drive hose clamps are available in carbon steel screw, 430 S.S. screw, all 300 S.S. and all 316 S.S. material.
As for the customized clamp, besides the above clamps mentioned, we still have the Micro Clamps, Bridge Clamps, Lined Clamps, Band Clamps, Cable Ties and TT Heavy Duty Clamps for customers’ choices.
