Bi-Mirth specializes in the development, production and export of structural wood and concrete fasteners, They have made a name for themselves worldwide with patented quick-drill screws, self-drilling screws, self-tapping screws and wood screws. A quarter of their sales is from the U.S., and they are in the process of renewing U.S. ICC certificates (including AC257 and AC233) in response to U.S. customers’ and regulatory requirements. Fastener World was informed by Bi-Mirth that they will finish the renewal by the end of this year, and will provide products and services of the highest quality standards to U.S. customers.
New Product Lineup
In addition to the renewal, they have expanded their product lineup to include fully threaded framing screws, landscaping hex washer head screws, SIP board screws, along with hardwood screws (tackling the toughest type of wood), timber-concrete connector screws (with superior shear resistance), and A2/A4 stainless steel wood screws (tailored for tough environments), which were previously announced in a report by Fastener World. They are going full speed ahead to boost market shares in the U.S., Europe and the world.
Mass Timber Market is on the Rise
Looking ahead, they see a rapidly growing market for mass timber in the US. By exhibiting at IFE, they want to serve existing customers and develop new ones, as well as to find distributors for the mass timber market. Furthermore, with carbon reduction forming a global trend, they are also developing stainless steel solar panel screws, installing solar panels on their own factory roofs, and introducing electrostatic oil filtering machines in their own factories to make a green fastener production line for customers around the world.
