Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) PCL Goes Public on TWSE with TDR Issuance

Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. issued Taiwan depositary receipt (TDR) on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) by 14.7 dollar on September 30, and the turnover of stock option contracts was over 3000. Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) PCL is the subsidiary company of Tycoons Group Enterprise Co., Ltd., and is the first Taiwan- invested iron and steel company that comes back to Taiwan and issues the TDR. Mr. Huang Wen Song, president of the company said, Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) is now on the strategic thinking. Its subsidiary company, TY Steel Company Limited, is now planned to be established next year, put into production in 2013, and expect to reach the highest level of sales.
Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) indicated that the TY Steel has received preliminary permission letter from the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI), and expects to invest in total approximately NT$2 billion. In addition, they are planning to establish the electric furnace factory that can produce 50 tonnes of steel billet in one year. This electric furnace factory is mainly for productions and sales. This plan makes Tycoons Worldwide Group become the iron and steel company that covers upstream, midstream and downstream markets.
Tycoons Worldwide Group is benefited from the sufficient demand of South East Asia and the Europe Union who slap anti-dumping duties on the fasteners and bolts from China. Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) has a great sales figure. In first half of 2011, the revenue of Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) was NT$4.522 billion, up 48% over the same period last year. The profit was NTD$262 million, reaching 69% of the profit in 2010. The Earnings Per Share reached 0.43 dollar. The revenue from January to August was NT$5.759 billion, and the annual growth rate was 41.39%.
