Nickel (Ni): Balance (approximately 54-60%, matrix element ensuring toughness and stability)
- Chromium (Cr): 14.5-16.5% (enhances oxidation resistance and uniform corrosion resistance)
- Molybdenum (Mo): 15-17% (improves resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and corrosion in reducing media)
- Tungsten (W): 3-4% (synergizes with molybdenum to enhance corrosion resistance and strength)
- Others: Iron (Fe) ≤5%, Cobalt (Co) ≤2.5%, Carbon (C) ≤0.01% (low-carbon design reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion)
