Corrosion Resistance
The base material of 2507 duplex stainless steel contains 25% Cr, 4% Mo and nitrogen elements, providing excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It can withstand corrosive media such as seawater, chloride solutions and organic acids, with a corrosion rate much lower than that of 304/316 stainless steel.
Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength ≥ 795MPa, yield strength ≥ 550MPa, elongation ≥ 15%, hardness range 220-260HB. It combines high strength with good ductility, and is not prone to fracture or deformation during installation.
Slot Compatibility
The slotted design is suitable for standard flathead screwdrivers, delivering stable torque transmission. It is not easy to slip under vibration conditions, and is applicable to space-constrained scenarios requiring manual fastening.
Temperature Adaptability
It can work stably in the temperature range of -50℃~+250℃, with low strength attenuation rate at high temperatures and no risk of brittle fracture at low temperatures.
